R. Lee Douglas

Mr. Douglas was a co-founder of COR Therapeutics, Inc. While at COR, Mr. Douglas served in a number of key management positions, including as its original CEO. Since 1998, Mr. Douglas has been an independent consultant to biotechnology companies. He was a member of the founding teams of both Portola Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he continues as an advisor, and Five Prime Therapeutics, Inc., where he serves on its board of directors.
