Steven Love
Vice President, Finance
Mr. Love has served as vice president, Finance for Affymax since August 2007. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Love was vice president, Finance and Administration for Connetics Corporation, a specialty pharmaceutical company acquired by Stiefel Laboratories, Inc. in December 2006. From 2002 to 2004, he was vice president, Finance at Informatica Corporation. From 1999 to 2002, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Portal Software, Inc., including senior director, Worldwide Sales Operations, and corporate controller. He began his finance career as a manager, Assurance and Advisory Business Services at Ernst & Young LLP in Palo Alto, California. Mr. Love earned his B.S. and M.A. degrees in accounting from the University of Southern California.
