Current Affymax Partnerships

Takeda
Licensing agreement for the development and commercialization of Hematide™ in Japan.

Collaboration agreement for the development and commercialization of Hematide in non-Japan territories, which includes co-development and co-commercialization of Hematide in the U.S.

EntreMed
Research and co-development agreement to develop an anti-angiogenesis factor to treat cancer.

Partnership Interests

Drawing from both the corporate and academic research environments, Affymax is actively seeking partnership opportunities for peptide drugs or discovery programs. We will consider potential collaborations at various stages of the drug development process.

In-Licensing
We seek to in-license novel peptides for preclinical or clinical development against validated targets.

R&D Collaborations
We seek to discover peptide drugs with partners utilizing their targets and specialized expertise.

Drug Delivery Collaborations
We seek to access delivery technologies for peptides to improve product attributes and to expand product lifecycles.
